How to use |
Add fresh: 3 pork, turkey or veal escalopes (150 g each) and 250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned) Preparation:
1) Fry the escalopes in 2 tablespoons of hot oil, remove and keep warm.
2) Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices (or drain) and sauté briefly in the fat.
3) Pour in 250 ml of cold water and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add the schnitzel and let it get hot in the sauce. We recommend spaetzle and mixed vegetables.
