Blood Pressure Monitor Unit: This is the main device that measures your blood pressure.
Two Cuffs: These cuffs are suitable for different arm circumferences (ranging from 22 to 42 centimeters, in other words 1x 22-32cm, 1x 32-42cm).
How to use

Here are the steps for using the Braun ExactFit 5 Connect Blood Pressure Monitor:

Prepare the Monitor:
Insert the four AA batteries (included in the package) into the monitor.
Ensure that the monitor is turned off before proceeding.
Choose the Right Cuff Size:
Select the appropriate cuff size based on your arm circumference. The package includes two cuffs for different arm sizes.
Position Yourself:
Sit comfortably in a quiet room with your feet flat on the floor.
Rest your arm on a table or surface at heart level.
Apply the Cuff:
Place the cuff around your upper arm, aligning the arrow on the cuff with your brachial artery.
Secure the cuff snugly but not too tight.
Start the Measurement:
Press the power button to turn on the monitor.
The display will show “0” or “—” initially.
Press the start button to begin the measurement.
Relax and Remain Still:
Keep your arm still and avoid talking during the measurement.
The monitor will inflate the cuff and gradually release the pressure.
Read the Results:
Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic (upper) and diastolic (lower) blood pressure values.
