How to use

Getting to Know Your Instrument:
Check that the device packaging has not been tampered with, and ensure that all contents are present.
Familiarize yourself with the touch screen display and sensor-touch buttons.
Inserting/Replacing Batteries:
The BM58 operates on 4 x LR6 AA batteries (not included!!!).
To replace batteries, move the touch screen activation switch to the OFF position.
Observe the plus (+) and minus (-) polarity signs when inserting new batteries.
If a battery has leaked, put on protective gloves and clean the battery compartment.
Setting Date and Time:
Move the touch screen activation switch to the ON position.
Set the date and time using the touch screen display.
Accurate date and time settings are essential for tracking measurements and trends.
Prepare Measurement:
Place the cuff around your upper arm (fits arm circumferences of 22 – 30 cm).
Sit comfortably with your arm supported at heart level.
Press the start button to begin the measurement.
Blood circulation must not be stopped for an unnecessarily long time during measurement.
Saving, Retrieving, and Deleting Results:
The BM58 stores up to 60 readings for two users.
Use the included USB cable and the “beurer HealthManager Pro” software to transfer data to your PC or smartphone.
Scan measurements with your smartphone camera using the app’s “Scan & Save” function.
