How to use

For use in adolescents aged 12 and over and adults:

For colds of the respiratory tract with viscous mucus: Put 1-2 drops in a glass of warm water 3 times a day and drink in small sips or put on the back of your hand and suck off.

For inhalation: Put 3-4 drops in a bowl of boiling hot water 2-3 times a day and inhale the rising vapors for about 10 minutes. A towel can be placed over the head and bowl to increase the effect.

For digestive problems: 1-2 drops in a glass of warm water 3 times a day and drink in sips.

Externally: Apply 3-5 drops to painful areas 2-3 times a day. Avoid eye contact.
