For those who want to avoid lactose, there is lactose-free rusk. It is produced in the traditional art of baking, but without the use of milk or lactose. Crispy-light and golden brown, just like you know the Brandt Zwieback. Here the Zwieback is lactose free a little less sweet, because it is made with 30 percent less sugar than the other Brandt rusks. This is done without the addition of sugar substitutes or sweeteners.
