How to use |
Package contains: 305g (10.7 oz) baking mix, 110g (3.8 oz) icing mix, 84g (2.9 oz) Lemon Goldbear Minis, 12 paper cupcake cases.
You will also need: baking sheet
Just add: 125 ml (4.2 fl oz) cooking oil, e.g. B. Canola oil, 75 ml (2.5 fl oz) Lemon lemonade, 2 eggs, about 2 tablespoons Lemon lemonade
1. Prepare and Make Dough Place 12 paper cupcake cases on a baking sheet. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C (356°F) Put the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, 75ml (2.5 fl oz) lemonade and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer (stirring rods) at the highest level for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough.
2. Baking Immediately use 2 tablespoons to distribute the batter evenly into the ramekins. Put the baking sheet with the molds in the oven. Insertion: lower third Baking time: approx. 20 min. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the molds on a wire rack.
3. Glaze and Decorate Place the frosting mixture in a small bowl. Add enough lemonade and stir until a thick glaze forms. Use a pastry brush to spread the glaze evenly over the muffins, place the Goldbär Minis on top and press down lightly. Let the glaze set.
